Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
We ship to all locations within the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In-stock items ship once payment is authorized, and occasionally an order may arrive in separate boxes.
How much is shipping?
UPS or USPS ground shipping is free on orders over $249. UPS Next Day Air is $39.99. Orders placed after 3 PM EST are processed the following business day.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of receipt on items that are unworn, in new condition and with all tags attached. Refunds go back to the original card within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Can I return an online order in the boutique?
Yes. In-store returns of online purchases are issued as store credit.
Where do I send a return?
Pack the item securely, include a copy of your receipt and send it to Frances Brewster, 2903 Cardinal Drive, Vero Beach, FL 32963. We recommend insuring your package.
