Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Frances Brewster can ship orders to all locations within the United States, Puerto
Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All in-stock items will be shipped once credit card authorization has been obtained. If an item you ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will advise you when to expect delivery. Please note that occasionally your order may be shipped in separate boxes.

Our shipping options include Ground Shipping, Express Shipping, Two Day
Shipping and Next Day Shipping. The shipping costs are as follows:

Ground Shipping....................5-10 Business Days......................$5.95
Express Shipping.........................3 Business Days.......................$20
Two Day Shipping........................2 Business Days......................$30
Next Day Shipping........................Next Business Day..................$40

Any order placed after 3pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.

All orders over $99 qualify for Free Ground Shipping. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 10 business days. Please note orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.

 

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are accepted only on items that are unworn, in new
condition, and with all tags attached. We are pleased to accept return of our
merchandise for refund within 21 days from date of receipt. Merchandise may be
returned or mailed to our store located at:

A credit will be issued to the same credit card that was used at the time of
purchase. Frances Brewster does not refund shipping and handling charges.
Once we have received your return, we will refund your credit card within 3 to 5
business days. In store returns of merchandise purchased on-line are for store
credit only.

To Make a Return or Exchange

Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original box if possible. Include a
copy of the original receipt. We recommend that you insure packages sent to
Frances Brewster. We cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship
ourselves.
